Sorry, everyone – normal service should hopefully resume shortly, but for now I am still not well enough to do much writing. I have been editing now and then, though, and that’s going alright so far. The first Bowler Hat novel is still out being, er, delta-ed, and my piece for A Certain Persuasion is now in the editing stage to make it a little more plausible.

Well, I got a little Bowler Hat editing done today, but soon realised I was having trouble remembering what was still in there, what had been changed, and whether the whole thing would still make (sort of) sense to a first-time reader. So I have convinced a very good and trusted friend of mine to take a look and see how it reads. Here’s hoping!
I’m still not very well but I hope to be editing my submission for A Certain Persuasion over the next week or so. Hopefully after that I can start to get back on form.
Hard as it can be to remember this sometimes, though, I do need to look after my health before I look after my word count. So I can’t promise anything just now, only that I’m not giving up on writing.

Hello, everyone. I know, it’s been ages – and I’m not entirely back on form yet. I did, however, manage to write a final paragraph I didn’t previously realise I needed in my A Certain Persuasion piece. That should now just be an edit job.
I’m still not feeling too well, so I can’t promise wonders over the next little while in terms of writing (or anything else, to be honest) – I’ve also got a ton of editing to sort out, so we’ll see how it goes with wordcount for a while.
